The Process

 

STEP 01

Inquiry form

Start by filling out the inquiry form and tell me all about your vision, wedding plans, and vibe of your big day! The more details the better! This helps me plan your wedding photography experience exactly how you imagine it.

STEP 02

introductory call

No two weddings are alike, so I'd like to schedule a phone call or zoom meeting to introduce ourselves to each other, go over your inquiry responses and answer any lingering questions. Once we navigate through the details, I will send over your official wedding coverage proposal for your approval.

STEP 03

official Booking

Once you accept your wedding proposal, to officially book your date, you'll receive necessary documents in your inbox (i.e. contract, invoice, photo timeline and photo list.

*Your deposit is due at this time to secure booking.*

STEP 04

Pre-wedding check

I know wedding planning gets crazy, so I don't want to bombard you with questions, or extra planning too close to your date. I will schedule a pre-wedding check in roughly 1 month from your wedding to finalize details that I need to make your day as seamless as possible! This includes your official wedding timeline, photolist, locations, etc.

STEP 05

Wedding day!

Take a deep breath and enjoy the moment you have been waiting for. Wedding day is here! I will be there to document the genuine moments, meaningful details, and everything in between while providing guidance when needed. It is your day! It will be everything you dreamed of.

STEP 06

Deliverables

Expect sneak peeks within 1 week of your wedding date, and your full gallery within 10 weeks. Relive every moment of your day with a professionally edited, full online gallery free of watermarks. You will have printing and digital rights to share with loved ones and hold onto forever!

3. We feel awkward in photos – will you guide us?

Absolutely. Most couples tell me this at first, and it’s completely normal. I’ll guide you with natural prompts and direction so nothing feels stiff or forced—just genuine moments together.

4. How soon will we receive our photos?

Sneak peeks of your special day will be sent in a private gallery within 72 hours. Your full gallery will be delivered between 4-8 weeks.
